Here’s how to make it:Cook quinoa as directed & start chopping red onion finely, cherry tomato in half & making the dressing.Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey & seasonings.Once quinoa is cooked & cooled mix all the veggies in a bowl & toss in the dressing.
