BIRTHDAY CAKE PROTEIN BALLS
I have never really been an “oat ball” or “protein ball” snack type of person but to be honest I am not much of a sweets person in general. I will say, this simple version of an oat ball made with vanilla protein, honey, organic oats and some fun add ins that actually hit the spot when I need a little something sweet. I actually love to batch prep these and freeze or keep in an air tight container so just grab in a pinch, after a workout or after dinner sweet treat. I also use organic glyphosate free oats and dye free sprinkles to make these the cleanest version of a protein oat ball you typically wouldn’t see!
What you’ll need:1 cup One Degree Oats½ cup peanut butter1 heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder¼ cup of honeyDye Free Sprinkles_____________How you’ll make it:I like to use my mixer so it’s easier and a little less mess. Measure out and add in all ingredients into your mixer or into a large bowl if you’re mixing by hand. Get in there, mix very well until everything is wet and combine or turn your mixer on medium to low, stopping in between to re-mix the peanut butter and honey on the sides or stuck to the bottom. Once everything is combine, roll into about 15-20 balls depending on how big you want to make each one.
