VANILLA BEAN MAPLE CREAMER

As the seasons change I have been loving a hot cup of coffee on a slow morning. Even more I love it with some type of frothy milk to really make it cozy & more delicious of course. I think what you drink (in the morning especially) is very important for overall health and how you’ll feel the rest of the day. Those name brand coffee shops serving up 50 grams of sugar first thing in the morning, or the at home coffee creamers made with vegetable oils and fillers are of course convenient, however these easy ways of enjoying a nice cup of coffee don’t have to come at the expense of your health. This vanilla bean & maple coffee creamer satisfies all your morning needs without refined sugar, gums and oils. This creamer is simple, made with real ingredients & can be made ahead of time and kept in the fridge up to 7 days for easy mornings.

What you’ll need:
Some type of dairy (organic half & half or df half &. half)
100% maple syrup
Vanilla bean paste (you can always use extract instead)
________
How you’ll make it:
This makes 2-3 servings, its easy! Start with 1/2 cup of your half & half in a jar, add to it 1Teaspoon of vanilla bean paste & 2 Tablespoons of maple syrup. Froth until thickened slightly. Enjoy in your coffee or matcha, store in fridge. (Scale this recipe up or down for more or less servings)
