A WEEKNIGHT DINNER YOU CAN MAKE ON REPEAT

If there’s one thing I love it’s a fixation meal. I can eat the same thing over and over until I am sick of it and then i’ll find a new meal to fixate over. Some people might see this as boring but it actually helps me stay on track with food goals, makes my grocery list easier and takes the thought out of what to make in my weeknight meal lineup. This dinner can also fall under the lazy meal prep because most of these items you can buy ready to heat & eat without sacrificing quality and ingredients. So here’s where I’m introducing you to the SUSHI BOWL!!!

I make mine with:

Bone broth cooked rice topped with coconut aminos

Avocado

Wild Caught Salmon

Cucumbers

Optional: Frozen edamame, mayo & sriracha

I will use frozen edamame if I have it on hand as well as mayo mixed with coconut aminos and sriracha for a nice little spicy sauce.

Cook your salmon in the air fryer or the oven with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder until it’s flakey and fork tender.

I buy store bought bone broth cooked rice, you can always make your own but for a lazy dinner I get that! Plus I drizzle it with coconut aminos and toss.

In a large bowl I assemble with rice, ½ avocado, cucumber slices, salmon, edamame & a drizzle of sauce!

Lazy, clean, high protein and highly addictive. Add this to your rotation this week!
